Life as a Physicist

[Written two days ago, but was sitting on my computer unposted...]

Because I boarded the wrong train to Geneva today (I’m now going via Paris… duh!), I have been doing things on my portable that have long required attention — like cleaning out my contact list.

This has been depressing. I still think of myself as young, but I have a number of people in my list that have passed away - many before their time. What a shame!
